Edin Buljubasic was appointed as Alvogen’s General Counsel in June 2019. 

Edin brings 18 years of industry experience from various leadership roles as well as an attorney at law with Wolf Theiss. He joined Alvogen in 2012 and in 2015 he moved to Malta to serve as head of legal for the CEE region.

As General Counsel, Edin’s main focus is on providing advice to Alvogen’s Board and member of the Executive team, making sure that there is an appropriate Legal function and resource in place to meet Alvogen’s business needs, managing that resource, reviewing and establishing group legal policies, and providing advice on key commercial agreements.
