For the second year in a row, Alvogen U.S. was this year’s recipient of HDMA’s Distribution Industry Award for Notable Achievement in Healthcare (DIANA) in the category of Best Overall Generic Pharmaceutical Manufacturer with sales to Healthcare Distributors. This once more places Alvogen as the top generic company in the US in their category.
Since 1959, HDMA’s Distribution Industry Award for Notable Achievement in Healthcare (DIANA) has been awarded to pharmaceutical and consumer products manufacturers that set the standards of excellence in new product introductions, product promotions and business practices with HDMA healthcare distributors. The awards are sometimes humorously referred to as the “oscars” in the trade because all winners receive a DIANA statuette designed by the same company responsible for the Oscars® award. Alvogen was chosen in a category with over 70 generic competitors. The award is even more gratifying for Alvogen when one considers that it is selected exclusively by our customers.
